We are Soverin, a privacy focused email provider from The
Netherlands. Telebugs is perfect for us as our Error
telemetry does not leave our premises and while tools like
Sentry can be configured to limit the amount of data sent we
love the fact that we are sure data will not leave our
environment. We are happy with the pricing model too, other
tools feel a bit like death by a thousand cuts on that regard,
every increase in volume, errors, features is metered and priced.

I was dreaming of Telebugs before I even knew it existed.
I tried many tools like Raygun, New Relic but always hated the
unnecessary complexity and pricing. After that, I found Honeybadger
which did the job well but since I can host my own servers and want
to keep control of the data, I kept searching for an alternative. I
am also getting sick and tired of having to pony up a few dollars
each month for a bunch of little tools and services. I simply love
the Telebugs approach of pay Once (pun intended). Installation was
a breeze even though my setup was a little different from the
default but still managed without issues.
The app keeps itself updated which is wonderful for a self-hosted
tool but still lets me decide when to do data migrations (which is the way to go).
The application is nicely designed, quick and the UI is simple.
The developer keeps making updates and improvements without overcomplicating
things. I am very happy with my purchase. There should be more
apps with this model.

I was looking for a self-hosted solution to easily monitor PHP
errors across a portfolio of WordPress sites I manage, and I
discovered Telebugs. It’s incredibly simple to set up with the
Sentry for WordPress plugin! Telebugs actively monitors errors on
your sites and pinpoints exactly which parts of the code are
malfunctioning. This software is a smart investment and a
fantastic self-hosted alternative to many expensive SaaS
solutions. I highly recommend it to all WordPress professionals
who manage client sites daily. Kudos to Kyrylo for this outstanding tool!
