Sidekiq error tracking

A retry might get the job done. You’ll still want to know what broke. The Sentry Sidekiq integration sends the error report to your Telebugs server.

Hang on, I already use Sentry

Keep sentry-sidekiq and change its destination to your Telebugs DSN. Your error reports stay on your server. You don’t need a Sentry account.

Does this change my retry policy?

No. Sidekiq still runs and retries your jobs. The SDK reports their exceptions so you can investigate recurring failures instead of only watching the retry count.

Can I see my Rails errors here too?

Yes. The Rails integration handles web requests, while the worker integration handles jobs. Both can report to the same Telebugs server.
