Telebugs Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Telebugs ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telebugs error monitoring service, website, and any other software or services offered by Telebugs (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use this Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Telegram Integration
Telebugs uses Telegram for user authentication and error notifications. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must register for an account using your Telegram login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Service Description
Telebugs is an error monitoring service that collects and processes error data from your applications. The Service sends error notifications to your designated Telegram chat and stores error data on our servers.
6. Data Collection and Retention
We collect the following data:
- Parts of code around the backtrace
- Programming language and version used in your application
- Framework and version (if any) used in your application
Error data is retained on our servers for up to 90 days. Retention of data on Telegram is subject to Telegram's policies.
7. Pricing and Subscriptions
7.1. Free Trial
Upon signing up, you receive a free trial with 5,000 errors. No credit card is required for the free trial.
7.2. Subscription Plans
After the free trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. Currently, we offer one Basic plan.
7.3. Error Quota
Your subscription is based on the number of errors you can receive per month (error quota). If you exceed your quota, you may purchase additional error packages to continue using the Service.
7.4. Payment
We currently offer monthly subscriptions only. You can update your billing information in the dashboard.
7.5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
7.6. Refunds
Refunds are only available if you have not used the Service. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
8. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
8.1. Any unlawful activity
8.2. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
8.3. Using the Service to create, support, or work on software that executes securities transactions, makes medical diagnoses, or is involved in manufacturing or process control
8.4. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
8.5. Harvesting or collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. Service Content
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Telebugs or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9.2. User Data
You retain all rights to the error data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Telebugs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your error data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
9.3 Restrictions
You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content provided through the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TELEBUGS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELEBUGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
