What can I search for?
An error name, a few words from its message, the server it happened on, or a tag. Any small clue will do. You do not need the exact wording.
Find the exact error you need
Start with whatever you remember, then narrow by status, severity, tags, or date until the error you need is the only one left.
How do I narrow it down?
Keep adding clues. Ask for unresolved errors, serious errors, production errors, or errors with a certain tag. Mix those with ordinary words until only the right one remains.
What if all I have is an event ID?
Paste it in. Telebugs calls it an occurrence ID and takes you straight to that report. No comparing timestamps or opening every similar error.
