Put an owner on the problem

Someone has to take this one. Claim the error, hand it off when needed, and make responsibility obvious before two people chase the same problem.

What changes when I claim it?

Your name appears on the error, so the team can see who is handling it. One click answers the awkward question: is somebody already working on this?

Can I hand it to someone else?

Release it and another project member can claim it. If you use MCP, an approved agent can assign the error directly to the right teammate.

What if nobody owns it yet?

Nothing gets hidden or blocked. The error stays visible to the project until somebody takes it. Ownership is a clear signal, not another queue you have to keep tidy.
